Do you take insurance?

We are an out-of-network practice and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide documentation (a superbill) if you'd like to request reimbursement from your insurance provider.

What appointment times do you offer?

The therapists at Earth & Water Counseling offer sessions Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Where are you located?

Earth & Water Counseling is located in Katy, TX at 1830 Snake River Road, Suite A, Katy, TX 77449. We are easily accessible from I-10 and 99, and have plenty of parking. Please note we are located in building 1830 in Suite A. You will see a sign on our door that reads "Earth & Water Counseling PLLC."

What should I expect from counseling sessions?

The first session is an intake session — the first step in your counseling journey, a time to share your story, ask questions, and start shaping a path forward together. All sessions are between 45–50 minutes long. Sessions can be either in person or virtual. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, but can be changed based on your individual needs.

Do you provide a Good Faith Estimate?

Yes. Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133, effective January 1, 2022), health care providers must give clients who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. The Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services reasonably expected for your care, based on information known at the time. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Many clients choose their own frequency and duration of treatment, so the totals vary. A Good Faith Estimate is for your awareness only — it does not require any type of commitment.
